How to Access Materials as of 12/2

As a result of the recent ransomware attack on BCPS, many systems—like our BCPS homepage and BCPSOne--are currently unavailable. However, because BCPSOne acted as a single sign-on landing page to other links, many of those sites and links are still available, safe, and active. The following are instructions for how to access them.

A letter from BCPS regarding resuming virtual instruction.

  • Schoology: In order to access your course materials, updates from teachers and groups, and assignments and grades, you can go to bcps.schoology.com. It will prompt you to login using your BCPS Microsoft credentials, which are your student username with @bcps.org and your regular student password.
  • Google Meet is still open and available for class time. The link is meet.google.com. Class codes are still the same. To check what your codes are, go to bcps.schoology.com.
  • Google Drive with your BCPS account is open and available, including all Google products like Jamboard, Slides, and Docs.
  • Microsoft Online with your BCPS account is open and available, including all Microsoft products like Office, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint. It is recommended that you use the web version of all Microsoft products at this time.
  • Noodletools is still open and available. To access it, go to Noodletools and sign in through your Microsoft account on the right hand side.
  • BCPS Digital Content is still available. The link is live and will be updated as changes occur.
