National Honor Society

The National Honor Society is a prestigious organization known throughout the country. We hold our members to the academic expectation of maintaining at least a 3.30 unweighted cumulative GPA and maintaining at least 10 hours of in school community and 10 hours of out of school service. Each member’s grades are reviewed on a semester basis. Active members are expected to maintain a high level of service to the school and community, attend all meetings, and to maintain high ethical standards.

NHS

Point Sheets for current members are due at the end of each quarter. You must have 10 hours of in-school service and 10 hours of out of school service.

 NHS applications are distributed to eligible Sophomores and Juniors who have met the 3.30 GPA requirement as of the end of their Freshman or Sophomore years.  Applications
 are to be turned in to the mailbox of Mr. Causarano or Ms. Houseknecht by 2:30 pm on January 24, 2020.  Please read the application for specific instructions on how to turn in your application and what should be included.

The NHS Induction Ceremony will be on March 12, 2020 at 7 pm in the Auditorium.
